Trevor Lam is a Director and Partner at TBH, where he leads the firm's Planning and Scheduling team and the Commercial Claims and Dispute Resolution practice in Asia. With over 25 years of experience, he advises on complex, high-value projects across the data centre, transport, energy, commercial and social infrastructure sectors throughout Asia and internationally. Trevor combines expertise in planning, project controls and forensic delay analysis with experience as a testifying Delay Expert in major disputes, giving him a unique perspective across the full project lifecycle, from early planning and delivery through to the resolution of complex project issues. He has led teams undertaking Lender's Technical Advisory (LTA) roles on numerous data centre projects across the Asia-Pacific region, helping ensure the successful delivery and bankability of mission-critical facilities. Trevor has also advised owners and contractors on the planning and delivery of data centres across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Australia and China, and regularly facilitates planning and schedule risk workshops to support better project outcomes.
