Varun Srivastava is a Singapore-based technology and cyber resilience leader with nearly two decades of experience across financial services, sovereign infrastructure, enterprise technology, AI-enabled operations, and high-trust digital environments. He has led regional technology and security operations across APAC and the Middle East, working with complex, regulated organisations on resilience, transformation, automation, cloud, incident response, and executive risk decisioning. Alongside his enterprise leadership work, Varun actively researches and builds applied AI systems across behavioural intelligence, agentic workflows, movement analytics, automation, and decision-support platforms. His work focuses on how AI moves from experimentation into production-grade systems that can operate safely, measurably, and responsibly.
