Vince Heo leads Southeast Asia Power & Renewables Research at S&P Global Energy CERA, where he directs long-term fundamentals forecasting, regulatory and policy research, and market economics across the region's power and renewables markets. With 15 years of experience in the energy sector, he advises utilities, independent power producers, investors and policymakers on the forces reshaping Asia's power landscape — including AI-driven data center load growth, power procurement and levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) trends, cross-border power trade and interconnection, and gas- and LNG-to-power demand. Prior to his current role, Mr. Heo was a Senior Manager leading the Power & Utilities practice at Ernst & Young. He holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts from Seoul National University.
