Dr. Wentao received his PhD from the National University of Singapore. Following his academic journey, he contributed to two startups in the AdTech and FinTech domains, where he gained hands-on experience in applying data-driven technologies to real-world challenges. At OCBC, he initially led machine learning initiatives to improve customer onboarding and enhance anti-money laundering processes. His recent work focuses on harnessing Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent agents to boost internal productivity and drive innovation within the bank.
