Yinghan Deng is the APAC Head of Performance Optimisation at Adyen, where she leads a regional team to help merchants optimize payment performance using AI and data-driven strategies. Throughout her career, she has driven impactful initiatives spanning payment optimization, experimentation, fraud prevention, and ads integrity. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
