Zul Salleh is Managing Principal, Southeast Asia at Ramboll and leads the firm's Data Centre sector activities across APAC. With over 20 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environment, health and safety (EHS), and transaction advisory, he advises hyperscalers, colocation providers, investors and developers on the delivery of sustainable and resilient digital infrastructure. Zul has supported data centre projects across the full asset lifecycle—from site selection, environmental and technical due diligence, permitting and ESG strategy, through to construction, operations and regulatory compliance. His experience spans data centre developments throughout Asia-Pacific, helping clients navigate complex challenges related to power, environmental permitting, sustainability, risk management and stakeholder expectations. Having worked with many of the world's leading technology and data centre companies, Zul brings a practical perspective on the opportunities and challenges shaping the next generation of AI-ready and sustainable digital infrastructure across the region.
