With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Neha is a seasoned leader and strategist in the field of cybersecurity and data governance. In her current role, she leads Microsoft's charter on Data Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance, and Identity Solutions for Asia.

Neha is passionate about helping customers and partners leverage Microsoft's innovative solutions to protect their data, assets, and reputation, and to enable their digital transformation and growth. She is also a vocal advocate for diversity and inclusion in cybersecurity and devotes her time and skills as a coach and mentor for women and the underserved communities.
Neha holds a Master's degree in Human Capital Leadership from Singapore Management University, PG Diploma in Cyber Law & a Master's Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Universities in India, along with various industry certifications on cybersecurity, people leadership and business strategy.
