Based on our May 2025 study, individuals with a business background are twice less concerned about AI-powered cyberattack risks than those with technical expertise. Yet, our research shows that core business departments remain highly vulnerable. Attacks often exploit untrained employees with weak passwords, manipulated by AI-powered phishing and fake content, resulting in access theft and data breaches. Criminals then use this data to orchestrate even more severe attacks. (These findings will be supported by new research data) Current cybersecurity measures are outdated and failing under modern AI-driven threats.
