The OCBC 360 Bonus Appeal Agentic AI project revolutionizes the processing of bonus appeals for OCBC 360 CASA accounts across multiple categories including SALARY, SPEND, SAVE, INVEST, INSURE, and GROW. Traditionally, handling these appeals involves coordination among contact centres, wealth management and credit card product managers, and operations teams, resulting in processing times ranging from one day to a week. By leveraging an agentic AI-driven workflow, this project streamlines and automates the end-to-end appeal process, significantly reducing complexity and manpower requirements. The solution not only accelerates response times, ensuring faster service level agreements (SLAs) but also enhances operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This presentation will detail the design, implementation, and impact of deploying agentic AI to transform a critical banking operation.
