We built AI to learn from us, speak like us and behave in ways that increasingly resemble us. But somewhere between imitation and intelligence, the boundaries have become increasingly difficult to see. Who is shaping whom? What happens when the mirror starts talking back? And are we witnessing a new form of intelligence, or simply a remarkably convincing reflection of our own? Perhaps the real question is not how much intelligence AI possesses, but how much of humanity it has inherited.
