What are the co-located events at Tech Week Singapore?

How can attendees safeguard their personal information and avoid scams?

Be cautious of any company that claims to have our full visitor/attendee list. We would never sell, share, or disclose our attendee’s data to any third parties without their explicit consent.  

Unfortunately, like many event organisers, we are aware that impersonators sometimes try to deceive our customers by sending fraudulent emails claiming to be us and offering to sell attendee data. These are clearly scams and should be treated with caution.

If you receive any suspicious emails claiming to be from CloserStill Media, especially those offering to sell or share attendee data, please do not engage with them. Instead, follow these steps:  

  • Do not respond to the email.  

  • Do not click on any links or download attachments from the email.  

  • Block the sender to prevent further emails from reaching you.  

  • Report the email to us at dataprotection@closerstillmedia.com, providing details of the email you received.  

  • Check our website for official updates and information regarding the event.

When does registration open?

Registration is yet to be open. However, if you wish to register your interest, you may do so here

Ticket Information

Tech Week Singapore is free to attend for technology professionals – register your interest here.

If you sell or offer technology services or solutions, you can secure a Commercial Delegate Pass instead.

How do I register to attend?

Our registration for 2026 is not open yet.

However, you may register your interest via our website or click here, select the co-located event you want to attend, and fill in the registration form. The relevant team will reach out to you based on your request.

Do I need to register for all co-located shows?

You do not need to register for each co-located show individually.

When you register for one of Tech Week Singapore's shows, your ticket grants you access to all five co-located shows: Cloud & AI Infrastructure, DevOps Live, Cyber Security World Asia, Data Centre World Asia, Big Data & AI World Asia.

You will have the freedom to explore all aspects of the event and choose the sessions that interest you the most. This one ticket is your passport to a diverse range of tech topics and networking opportunities!

Do I need a badge to access Tech Week Singapore?

Yes, your badge is essential for entry into Tech Week Singapore. For security reasons and to ensure an orderly event experience, no one will be permitted into the exhibition hall during build, open, or breakdown periods without the appropriate badge.

Visitors will be sent a confirmation email containing a unique QR code after completing the registration form. Scan the QR code at one of the self-serve kiosks when you arrive at Tech Week Singapore to print your physical badge. You can collect your badge from 09:00 on 29th - 30th September.

Exhibitors must wear their badge during the build, open, and breakdown periods of the show. During the open period, please ensure to wear your badge whilst working on your stand. These badges can be ordered through the "Exhibitor Badge Registration" link found in the EZONE. These badges can be collected on-site from the Registration Counter, starting from 2pm on the last day of the build period (28th September). You can also collect your badge via the self-serve kiosks in the registration area on the event days 29th - 30th September, from 08:00.

All badges, whether for visitors or exhibitors, must be worn on-site at all times to ensure access and visibility. Please ensure all members of your team have their badges clearly displayed while on-site. If you have any questions or concerns about badge ordering or collection, don't hesitate to contact the event organisers.

Where can I collect my badge?

Upon arrival at Tech Week Singapore, simply scan the QR code sent to your registered email at one of our self-service kiosks to print your physical badge.

What does my visitor pass include ?

The Visitor Pass grants full access to all co-located events across both days, enabling attendees to connect with leading exhibitors and freely attend conference sessions across every theatre, maximising learning, networking, and business opportunities throughout the event.

What will I receive after I register?

After you complete your registration for Tech Week Singapore, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a unique QR code. This is your digital ticket to the event - make sure to keep this email!

Scan the QR code at one of the self-serve kiosks when you arrive at Tech Week Singapore to print your physical badge.

If you opt in during the registration process, you will also receive periodic email updates in the lead up to the event. These updates include exciting announcements about the speaker line-up, schedule details, session information, activities, and other important event news.

I am trying to register for a visitor pass, but an error message appears saying ‘Business Email Only’  

As Tech Week Singapore is a business event, we unfortunately do not accept personal email addresses e.g. Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail. If you do not have a business email address, please contact us: techweek@closerstillmedia.com.

Can I register my colleagues?

Yes, absolutely! Tech Week Singapore is a great place for team outings, collective networking, and company-wide professional development. 

You can invite your colleagues within the registration form by entering their email addresses. They will receive an invitation email to register for Tech Week Singapore. Or simply send them this link to register.

Do I need a visa to attend?

Yes — overseas attendees may need a visa to enter Singapore to attend Tech Week Singapore, depending on their nationality:

Visa Requirement Depends on Your Nationality

  • Singapore allows visa-free entry for many countries for short tourist/business stays, but citizens of some countries do require a visa before travel. You should check the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) list to see if your passport requires an advance visa to enter Singapore.

Visa for Event Attendance

  • If your nationality does require a visa, you must apply for one before traveling to Singapore. Visa rules are the same whether you’re visiting for tourism or attending a conference/event — an appropriate short-term visit visa (usually tourist/business) is typically sufficient.

After completing your registration for Tech Week Singapore, you may request a Visa Support Letter via the link provided in your registration confirmation email. Please note that the processing of the letter may take up to seven (7) working days.

Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-transferable and cannot be passed on to another colleague.

Can I earn CPD/CPE points from attending?

Can I bring my child into the exhibition with me?

For safety reasons, individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter the exhibition. As the event takes place in a busy trade environment with heavy equipment and high foot traffic, we must prioritise the safety of all attendees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

Where is the Organiser's Office?

The Organiser's Office is conveniently located within the show hall at Tech Week Singapore. It will be staffed throughout Tech Week Singapore's build, open, and breakdown periods. Our team is committed to ensuring that your experience at Tech Week Singapore is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

VIP / C-SUITE INFORMATION

Is there a VIP pass?

Yes, a VIP pass is available. Eligibility is subject to meeting our VIP criteria. If you have any questions or would like to check your eligibility, please contact our team prior to the event and we will be happy to assist.

Can I be upgraded to a VIP pass?

Kindly note that VIP upgrades will not be available during the event days, If you believe you meet the criteria for a VIP ticket or have any questions, please contact the team prior to the show and we will do our best to assist you.

CONFERENCE INFORMATION

How can I apply to be a speaker?

We are excited about your interest in contributing to the dialogues and discussions at Tech Week Singapore. 

Please submit your application if you are interested in sharing your knowledge, insights, and expertise as a speaker. Our Conference Team will review it and respond within three working days.

If you are representing a sponsor, our Conference Team will reach out to you with an initial email, which will contain a sponsor-speaker form attached.

Are the sessions free to attend?

Yes. All speaking sessions at Tech Week Singapore are free to attend for registered visitors. Attendees will have access to sessions across all theatres throughout the event, subject to capacity availability.

Do I need to pre-register to attend speaking sessions?

No, pre-registration is not required. Visitors are welcome to review the speaking sessions listed in our official conference programme and attend any sessions of interest throughout the event.

Will any of the conference sessions be live streamed or made accessible online?

No. Conference sessions are not live streamed online.

All sessions will take place in person only, so attendees will need to be onsite to join the sessions and panels.

Will the presentation slides be shared with attendees or made available to the public after the sessions?

The sharing of presentation slides is subject to approval from the respective session speakers. Kindly email your request to tech.conference.asia@closerstillmedia.com for further assistance.

How do I get to the venue by public transport?

By MRT (Train)

  • Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16) is the most convenient station, served by the Circle Line and Downtown Line. Upon arrival, follow the directional signage to Marina Bay Sands / The Shoppes, which provides direct access to the venue.
  • Alternatively, Marina Bay MRT Station (NS27/CE2), served by the North-South Line and Circle Line, is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from Marina Bay Sands.

By Bus

  • Several public bus services stop near Marina Bay Sands along Bayfront Avenue. Common routes include 97, 133, 167, 502, 518, 970, and 980.
    Please alight at the bus stops closest to Bayfront Avenue / Bayfront MRT Station.

Where can I get a taxi from Marina Bay Sands?

Getting a taxi from Marina Bay Sands is quite straightforward. There are several locations where you can hail a taxi:

  • Sands Expo and Convention Centre: Visitors can find taxis at the Level 1 Lobby of the Sands Expo and Convention Centre along Bayfront Avenue.
     

  • Casino on Bayfront Avenue: There is a taxi stand located outside the Casino along Bayfront Avenue where visitors can hail taxis.
     

  • Hotel Tower 1 Lobby: If you're staying at or visiting the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, you can get a taxi from the Lobby of Tower 1 on Sheares Link.

Taxi lines may be long during peak hours. Please factor in a little extra time when planning your journey. For your convenience, you might also consider using a ride-hailing app like Grab, which is widely used in Singapore.

What are the parking fees at Marina Bay Sands?

Marina Bay Sands offers self-parking at the following rates:

  • Hourly rate: S$14.00 for first hour and S$1.50 for every subsequent half an hour 
  • Max charge: S$32.00 per 24 hours 

As a visitor or exhibitor on the event days (29th - 30th September), you can obtain a special flat rate for full-day parking during the event days by presenting your badge at the Visitor Service Counter. Please see details below:

  • Proceed to Sands Expo and Convention Centre Level 1 Concierge near Hall A (next to the Origin + Bloom)
  • Present Exhibitor/Visitor Badge and request for parking concession coupon at $12.84nett (inclusive of 9% GST)
  • Parking concession coupon is available for redemption on each day of the event
  • Do note that the concierge closes at 6pm

Please note that there is no free parking available for exhibitors and contractors during build and breakdown periods.

Can I get a complimentary parking coupon at Marina Bay Sands?

While Tech Week Singapore does not offer complimentary parking at Marina Bay Sands, we do have a special arrangement for attendees to have a convenient and enjoyable experience.

During the event days, you can receive a full-day parking coupon at a flat rate. Simply attend Tech Week Singapore and make sure you have your visitor badge. Please see details below:

  • Proceed to Sands Expo and Convention Centre Level 1 Concierge near Hall A (next to the Origin + Bloom)
  • Present Exhibitor/Visitor Badge and request for parking concession coupon at $12.84nett (inclusive of 9% GST)

What should I do if I need first aid during the show?

Your health and safety is our top priority during Tech Week Singapore, and our team is always here to help with any concerns or emergencies.

In the event that you require urgent medical assistance during Tech Week Singapore, it is important to notify the event organisers as soon as possible.

Instead of contacting emergency services directly, please reach out to the Organiser's Office immediately. Our team is trained to coordinate with the on-site medical team and to manage the arrival of any additional emergency services that may be needed.

This protocol ensures a fast and efficient response, allowing medical professionals to reach you as quickly as possible.

Where are the restrooms?

Restrooms are conveniently located within the Tech Week Singapore exhibition hall, as well as throughout the Sands Expo and Convention Centre. These facilities are well-signposted and easily accessible to all attendees.

Is there a dress code for attending the event?

Yes, the dress code is business or smart casual. Those in shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers or sports sandals will not be allowed entry.

Who exhibits at Tech Week Singapore?

I am an exhibitor. How can I access the exhibition hall during build and breakdown?

To access the exhibition hall during the build and breakdown periods as an exhibitor, you will require an Exhibitor Badge. These badges must be worn at all times when you are on-site.

You can order your Exhibitor Badge via the 'Exhibitor Badge Registration' link found in the EZONE. After applying for your badge, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a QR code. To collect your physical badge, please present your QR code at the Registration Counter from 14:00-18:00 on the last day of the build period (28th September).

You can also collect your badge via the self-serve kiosks in the registration area on the event days (29th - 30th September), from 08:00 onwards.

Why do I need a badge if I am an exhibitor?

Every exhibitor is required to have a badge to gain access to Tech Week Singapore. This includes the build, open, and breakdown periods of the event. The badge allows for appropriate access controls and security measures to ensure a smooth and secure event for all participants.

How can I collect my exhibitor badge?

You can collect your exhibitor badge onsite, 1 day before the event from 14:00-18:00 (28th September). You can also collect your badge via the self-serve kiosks located in the registration area on the event days (29th - 30th September).

The EZONE is our online portal which will be your central hub for:

ON-SITE INFORMATION

Is food and beverage available?

Yes, there will be concession stands offering food and beverages, along with dedicated coffee points conveniently located within the event hall.

Is there WiFi at Marina Bay Sands?

Yes, there is free WiFi available at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre. This service is provided as a courtesy to all attendees. It is suitable for basic internet activities like checking emails or browsing the web.

Please note that this complimentary WiFi is not supported and may not provide the most reliable connection for more data-intensive activities.

If you are an exhibitor requiring more reliable connectivity for demonstrations, we recommend ordering a personal Hotspot/WiFi, or a hardwired connection for your stand. Please refer to the 'Internet Service Form' found in the Exhibitor Manual for information about ordering this equipment.

Is there a cloakroom or luggage storage?

No storage space/cloakrooms will be available on-site. We recommend storing your suitcase in your accommodation or hotel.
